In my late 20’s I received a course of reflexology treatments for coping with work stress and difficulty sleeping. The treatments really helped me feel nurtured, get in touch with and release emotions as well as helping me sleep much better. My experience served as a reminder of how essential it is to take care of yourself in every way.

Fast forward some years later… I moved from London to Brighton and trained as a Reflexologist. I have worked as a Reflexologist since 2009 and I really enjoy working with people from all walks of life and backgrounds. I regularly offer reflexology on Wellbeing Days for Terrence Higgins Trust and Peer Action (HIV support) in Brighton.

I believe that it has so much to offer as a complementary therapy and as a healing experience. I use my knowledge and experience of anatomy & physiology, nutrition, mindfulness, Qi Gong, and other therapies to support my work. I believe in taking good care of myself and I use my knowledge to inform and help others.

As an experienced reflexologist I have worked with many clients during pregnancy, and frequently work with people who are trying to conceive.

Clients choose to have reflexology to gain support for example with going through the menopause, insomnia, back/ neck/ shoulder tension, headaches, foot pain, impaired immunity, and with stress and mental and emotional health issues.

It’s important to note that reflexology works to improve your wellbeing, and your ability to live well with any illness or chronic condition you may have. Whilst you may well find it helps to alleviate aches, pains and specific symptoms, it does not claim to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

My professional background is in Healthcare, working for 10 years in the NHS as a Senior Occupational Therapist- in Elderly Care and later specialising in Mental Health including the treatment of anxiety and depression.

Post-Graduate Training

I have been developing the facial aspect of my work for several years now. I feel very much aligned with the traditional Eastern philosophy and approach to beauty, which works on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. The Zone Face Lift treatment reflects this belief of ‘Beauty from the Inside Out’.
